Bookable Time Slot

The Bookable Time Slot field allows you to set up time slots for accepting bookings.

Choice

The Choice field creates a list of selectable options.

Color

The Color field provides an interactive way to select a hex color string.

Date

The Date field provides a way to select a certain date of year.

Month and year only - Whether to show month and year select options only.

Restrict dates - Limits date selection to a date within specified date range only.
Set current date selected by default - Whether to set the current date selected by default when editing the field for the first time.
Default year - The year selected by default when editing the field for the first time.
Time format - Select 12-hour or 24-hour time format. Applicable if Enable time (hour and minute) is switched on.

Date/time format - Select the display format of date and time; Show data/time, Show date, or Custom date format. If Custom date format is selected, enter the data/time format string suitable for input to PHP date() function into the text field.

Email

Lets you enter e-mail addresses. Optionally lets you enable MX record checks to ensure the e-mail addresses exist.

Minimum length - The minimum length of the text string entered.
Maximum length - The maximum length of the text string entered.
Regular expression - Sets a regular expression used to validate the text string entered.
Check MX record of e-mail address - Allow e-mail address only if a valid DNS MX record exists.
Placeholder - Appears within the text input field when no value exists.
Input mask - A string of characters that indicates the format of the text string entered.

File

The File field allows files to be uploaded or selected using the WP media manager or browser dialogue.

Allowed files -　Adds upload validation for specific file types (Audio, Image, Video, or Custom).
Allowed file extensions - Select file extensions allowed for the file being uploaded. Applicable if Allowed files is Custom.
Maximum file size - Adds upload validation for maximum file size in kilobytes (KB).

Image

The Image field allows images to be uploaded or selected using the WP media manager or browser dialogue.

Maximum file size - Adds upload validation for maximum image file size in kilobytes (KB).
Disable AJAX upload for non-admin users - Whether to stop uploading image files automatically before submitting the form. Applicable only to users without administrator permission.

Space between images - The width of space between images.

Number of columns - The number of columns used to display images in the gallery.
Image size - The size of each image in the gallery.

Image size - The size of each image in the photo slider.
Slider height - The display height of the photo slider.
Show thumbnails - Whether to show thumbnail images under the main image.
Number of thumbnail columns - The number of columns used to display thumbnails.
Slider effect - The transition effect of the slides, Slide or Fade.
Show slide indicators - Whether to show dots at the bottom of the slides indicating which slide the user is on.
Autoplay slides - Whether to automatically move slides.
Link to post - Whether to link the main image to a single post page.
Zoom on click image - Whether to zoom into the image when the image is clicked.
Show prev/next arrows - Whether to show left and right arrows over the main image for navigating images.
Include videos - Whether to include videos entered for a Video type field.
Video field - The Video type field that has video URLs for videos to be included in the slider.
Show videos first - Whether to show videos before images in the slider.
Embed videos in privacy mode - Whether to embed videos from video providers in privacy mode.
Max number videos - The maximum number of videos to include in the slider.

Location

Lets you enter address details and specify a location on the map.

Field settings

Address format - The format of address when saved into the database.
Customize address fields - Customize which address input fields should be presented in the form.
Default latitude - Sets the latitude of the initial location on the map.
Default longitude - Sets the longitude of the initial location on the map.
Default zoom level - Sets the initial zoom level of the map.

Address format - Enter tags to customize the address format. The tags will be replaced with actual values when displayed.

Name

The Name field allows you to enter a persons title, given name, middle name, family name, and name suffix.

Enable name prefix field - Whether to enable the name prefix selection field. Choose which name prefix should be available.
Enable first name field - Whether to enable the first name input field.
Enable middle name field - Whether to enable the middle name input field.
Enable last name field - Whether to enable the last name input field.
Enable name suffix field - Whether to enable the name suffix input field.
Display format - The default display format of the name used when saving the value into the database.
Show horizontally - Whether to display name input fields horizontally in a single line.

Number

Lets you enter numeric values either through a text or slider field.

Maximum - The maximum (numeric) value allowed.
Decimals - The number of digits to the right of the decimal point, defaults to 0 (no decimals).
Field prefix - HTML displayed before (to the left) the input field.
Field suffix - HTML displayed after (to the right) the input field.
Form field type - The type of form element used to display the field. By default, 2 form types are available: Text input field or Slider input field.
Slider step - The increment at which a numeric value can be set, defaults to 1. Applicable if Form field type is Slider input field.

ON/OFF

The ON/OFF field allows you to select a value that is either true or false.

Checkbox label - Enter the label displayed next to the checkbox.
Make this field checked by default - Whether to mark the checkbox checked by default.
Display toggle switch - Whether to show a toggleable switch button instead of a checkbox.

Paragraph Text

The Paragraph Text field creates a basic textarea input, useful to store simple paragraphs of text.

Field settings

Minimum length - The minimum length of the text string entered.
Maximum length - The maximum length of the text string entered.
Character validation - The type of validation applied to the text string entered.
Form field type - The type of form element used to display the field. By default, 2 form types are available: Textarea field or WordPress editor.
Rows - The number of rows of the input field.
Preserve line breaks - Whether to convert new lines to
tags to preserve the formatting of the text entered. Applicable if Form field type is Textarea field.
Disable Visual mode - Whether to disable the Visual input mode of the WordPress editor. Applicable if Form field type is WordPress editor.
Disable toolbar in Text mode - Whether to disable the toolbar in Text input mode of the WordPress editor. Applicable if Form field type is WordPress editor.
Disable media buttons - Whether to disable media buttons of the WordPress editor. Applicable if Form field type is WordPress editor.

Phone Number
